Who attacked Saudi Arabia?

Trump and his minions probably think that the rest of the world is more stupid than they are. That is probably true in case of Saudi
royal family but please… The evidence being offered is a set of images like this one in which the direction of impact on damaged storage tanks is towards Iran and Iraq.

Since the direction of the impact is towards Iran/Iraq so it must be either of the two but most likely Iran. This evidence/propaganda is being propagated by a newspaper no less than New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2019/09/16/world/middleeast/trump-saudi-arabia-oil-attack.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage ). The explanation is that the direction and precision of the attack makes it impossible for Houthis of Yemen to have done it. Interestingly the same American intelligence, which does not believe that Houthi forces are sophisticated enough to coordinate such a complex attack, convinced the world 18 year ago, that Taliban/Al-Qaida were sophisticated enough to launch a much more sophisticated attack against America from more than 10,000 miles away.
The fact of the matter is that one country which has the means and the motive to launch this attack is Israel. They know the inside out of Patriot missile defense system. For them to knockout or make it offline is a piece of cake.
Regarding motivation, as I mentioned in my previous article (http://nadeemchaudhry.blogspot.com/2018/11/the-unholy-trinity-trump-netanyahu.html ) Israel wants this war. The recent deal between Iran and China (http://www.globalconstructionreview.com/news/china-de5velop-arctic-silk-road/ ) in which China will probably deploy 5,000 Chinese soldiers in Iran is closing the window for Israel. If that happens than Israel will not be able to attack Iran.  For Netanyahu time is running out fast. In order to get his war, he has to convince Saudis that Iran attacked them. What better way is there to do that then to burn their oil facilities and reduce their revenue by half?
